BIG DAY O-V-E-R!! (:
finally... MY HOLIDAYS (:
somehow i'm actually sooo looking forward to the cruise...
i seriously need to get away from SINGAPORE...
honestly, i'm dying to!
but the thought of gg with 2aunties & 1uncle...
(cuz my sis most probably having exams!! :X)

Phew, today is finally OVER (:
let me just give you a little insight on it!
WEB's 1st service in Woodlands...
and... to tell you the truth, i'm the Event Organiser...
after much processing once again...
ok just read abit into this line alright-

i've been rattling on quite abit now...

i'm disappointed overall.
i really tried to make my black face gray though!
i freaking dont need compliments on whatever i've done for now...
so much for support,
all i need is a team's full co-operation & seriousness alright & your trust yahs? :X
but of course, i understand this is hard becux i'm NEW @ this duhh,
and we havent really known each other's working styles in & out??within 1 mth?? tts not possible!
i seriously thought we could have done way far better than that...
FIRST times in a new place is bound to cock up anyway...
but surely we could be on our feet and face it together?
i dont know what to say, but there definitely wasn't any teamwork to be honest!
from what i see @ Toptable, in Projects & everything...
i can honestly say, that was shagged attitude & slipshot effort!
the truth is brutal but what's the worse of the worse is still not that!
i was overrided one more time...
shocked i was, but what is an Event Organiser without autonomy?!
wth!?!? if you wanna shoot, i seriously welcome it cuz i know i've lots to learn!
but why last minute !??!
i seriously cannot take last-minute panick attacks...
PLEASE! so much for a mild apology...
gosh, i stepped in, and decided to serve only because of 2 things:
1) that Invitation from God.
i decided to give it a shot ever since last Camp.
since i've been thru all those for Zilra, FO & all, H&T industry and all...
seriously, you'll never quite see a Youth Service Group accommodating all these passions!
so i thought IF i could go all out and do all that for school,
why cant I the same for Him??
2) i felt i could make myself useful & make things better...
yes, so what if you all could see my effort & talk so much about how i handle things and all...
yes i'm flattered,
but i've also realised you were meant to lead alone.
that's as far as i can go to help already.
this is it, the end.
honestly, i dare say i've really put in my BEST.
you'll never ever see me work so hard on a proposal plan even during my exams.
try so hard to contact every single IC & dpt head & advisors!!
you'll never see me making sure each cropup is covered for...
that you all won't read emails/smses so i CALL.
that you all won't print out the plan details, so i PRINT...
wanna know how much ink i use all the time?? & 100 pieces of paper seriously!
and if you all don't know what to do, i try to take you through as much as i can...
and i end up giving you so much details all the time!
when it's suppose to be like PBL!
but you don't even take the effort to RMBR & guess what?
3 ICs look for me every moment today...
isn't that exactly what i've tried to prevent??
some initiative none?? solve some problems yourself??
DO YOU KNOW IT'S NOT EVEN MY BUSINESS...
i'm suppose to only make sure u all know what you're doing & do it on time...
but yet i'm covering ur ass all the time, moving ard like mad...
when you have only 1 freaking dpt to take care, i'm doing almost 5??
doubling up all the time!
perhaps one of my greatest flaws is being TOO NICE.
thus, you all dont really get to learn :X
i seriously dont know what i could have done better.
i dont know what's the root of it, though i know which parts went wrong...
i just know that we're more than just this...
alright, it wasn't too bad, but rembr TIME is our GREATEST failure possible....
and woots! we did it, 1hr 10mins behind time LOL...
honestly, it's not just the Events dept's coordination prob...
i chase them like mad-- believe me! (hahas Racheal gets most of it)
but some depts are not even ready, they've no idea what they're doing!!

i felt that the root is the attitude.
the first time i heard someting along the line of
"don't worry lahs, it's quite simple and easy. we'll still pull it off eventually."
there's a reason when i say i hate the ANYTHING-ALSO-CAN type of attitude...
(in terms of bochup-ness i mean)
one thing about me is,
like Matt & Mr Goh,
yes i dont like to be corrected, who likes to?
but one enforces himself on others to make things work...
the other makes sure he does his work in TIPTOP condition so there's no flaws...

sighs, it's over anyway. it's definitely one-of-a-kind experience!
im really hesitant in serving again...
i seriously miss the music side which i USED TO serve in...
oh wells, God, i believe if you threw me in there,
there's definitely something for me to learn..
but what is it & why is it sooo HARD??

EXAMS OVER, SCH'S OUT! ((:
this is the moment ive been waiting for as long as i can rmbr...
SCHOOL'S out OuT OUT!!
and exam's like O V E R (:
as u can see i'm pretty high!
and er, i think TTO paper was pretty cool?
i dont think i'll get 100 though DUHH :X
i didnt really do memory work ):
but i did do MY BEST alright!
and i'm proud of my costing HAHAHAS! (:
and had TAS briefing...
ahahs i know he's meant to do admin manns LOL oops!
and im pretty excited ahahs!
and Apple called me to back to work @ Amara...
woots, just when i was thinking that i can double-up sch & work
now that TAS is NEXT to AMARA lol!
i can work after class, just before PROJECTS haunt me ((:
(seriously i think Amara's mgt is CUI, but i really enjoy banqueting alrights!)

had Coffeeclub's superb Chicken pie to celebrate HAHAS!

SIGHS! tto driving me mad!
err... awhile ago i thought this post will be ALL RANTS abt TTO..
gave TTO a really tolerating attempt!
seriously, TTO is informative & CAN-BE interesting...
it's really SIMPLE but made HARD to understand!
i freaking dont know why...
the textbk & lec notes are a really big effort in making TTO in sync...
but it's just NOT! :X
1) the related pts are not in the same chapt
2) the NON-related pts are sometimes in the same chapt
3) the entire thing is just ELBORATED chunks of things we should already know...
makes it a pathetic effort altogether!
sorry for the harsh critique...
but imagine trying to put things together from SCRAP...
the tutorial kinda did a really good job in summarising impt things...
but just not enough to score or something?
okay let me just put in a piece of sympathetic understanding here..
i know her English is far from perfect.
and i envy her perseverance somewhat...
and perhaps she's just 100% RightBrained!
and im just the other way round...
cuz i need point forms & classifications.
and all the book gives me is repetitive reading & loads of tedious synchronising to familiar stuff i've learned before!
(i guess there's a reason why i can sit one corner and read CHEM text all day, BUT not TTO)

on a happier note??
1) Singapore Fireworks Festival
was a pretty fun night with a $10-ticket to my 1st time @ the floating stage!!
(other than the on-off showers)
and i just love FIREWORKS ((:
although the Korean choreography is abit substandard to what most of us expected,
but the synchronising music made it all better again!
oh btw the ASH & SMOKE is really terrible to put up with!!
saw really cute primary school boys dancing to Apple Bottom Jeans!!
though my dad said it looked like Rhythmic Gymnastics instead...
hahahs, some seriously have the looks of Korean actors & Air Force commanders!!
and bought really pretty Austrian crystal earrings @ the Bazaar!
2) Cvnt's 30th Anniversary (Sunday)
WOOTS! totally awesome! ((:
in the morning, i did ushering for the combined service @ Suntec.
had a really rushed breakfast...
imagine the 20-pple ++ queue @ each stall @ Food Republic!!
and with only about 20-30 mins for Breakfast! )):
had loads of fun greeting pple with Racheal, Belicia & KL!
hahahs, we were at both sides of the aisle when we greeted Gurmit Singh in sync...
and he got the super blur look!! LOL!
hahas will talk about him later again...
then the MEETING i was soo worried about...
finally i told Matt i'll let it be.
the worst case scenario: nobody has done their contacting of respective depts

i think i did a really good job in remaining C A L M...
cuz the Rebecca i know, in the sense of mind,
will literally scream & shout & pull ur hair apart if you dont do your part...

(decided to help ease the ushering crisis- so tt means formal for me :X)
2) BIG BIG CEFC Ann. dinner @ Orchid Country Club!
(time to glam up once more! i cant wait!!
and im quite hesitant abt the food, esp when i know wad banquet service staff usually do!!)
3) Accounting paper on Monday
(i really want to get AT LEAST a pathetic B, but apparently im nt able to study tmr :X
anyway im done with Debtors/Creditors, End-of-period adjustmts, NCAs, Cash transactions... left with Inventories & memory work and tts abt it!)

(apparently i havent touched a single text on it yet :S)
